Commercial Affairs Department
The Commercial Affairs Department (Abbreviation: CAD; Jabatan Hal Ehwal Komersial; Chinese: 商业事务局) is a staff department of the Singapore Police Force and is previously known as the Commercial Crime Department.
The department was founded in 1984 with Glenn Knight as its first director.
